Some traders are counting losses after fire gutted down part of Ndirande Market in Blantyre on Sunday evening.
According to sources, the fire started around 8:00pm at one of the furniture shops outside the main market.
Some of the items that have been destroyed by the fire include sofa seats, fridges and television sets worth millions of kwachas.
