The Football Association of Malawi (FAM) Extra- Ordinary General Meeting is currently underway at the Chatonda Lodge in Chintheche, Nkhatabay.
According to FAM General Secretary, Alfred Gunda the delegates at the meeting are discussing the Agenda items that were shelved during the Elective General Assembly held in Mangochi on 14th December 2019.
“The meeting comes as follow up for the December EGM which only tackled elections and delegates resolved to have all other agenda items deferred to a later date.
“On the agenda are generic items of an Ordinary General Assembly where we are going to look at the minutes of the 2018 AGM, the financial position of the association as well as the audit report,” said Gunda
The EGM will also look at the activity report for the year ending 30th June 2019 and the association will also submit the 2020 budget to the delegates for approval.
