Entrepreneur cum trainer, also chief Executive Officer (CEO) for projects innovation centre, Kondwani Kachamba Ngwira has offered a form of employment to some of the Soche Technical College (STC) graduates.
Kachamba Ngwira made the offer on Friday during Soche Technical College (STC) graduation ceremony took place in Blantyre.
He has hired all graduates doing painting to start working on houses which are being constructed for cyclone Freddy affected families.
Through his firm, he has also provided paid internship to all graduates with credit in community development.
Furthermore, Kachamba Ngwira has hired on internship those with distinction in public health and has also awarded plumbers with a project to start working on it with immediately affect.
In his speech, Kachamba Ngwira asked the graduating student’s to think of starting their own businesses rather than relying on white collar job as such opportunities are not many in the country.
“I hate seeing unemployment among youths,” said Kachamba Ngwira
During the graduation ceremony 125 among them 74 girls have been awarded advanced diplomas, diplomas, certificates ABE, ABMA and city and guides.
