Justice of Appeal, Dingiswayo Madise has today vacated the appeal injunction case that the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) appealed against Fredrick Billy Malata who dragged the party to court for inviting “strangers” to attend the National Governing Council (NGC) meeting in Mangochi on July 24, 2023.
This means the case is back in the High Court and that the injunction that Malata sought is still standing waiting for substantive matters to commence.
