Seventh Day Adventist Church World Leader, Elder Ted Wilson, will meet President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika this afternoon at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe after his arrival in the country.
During his visit to Malawi, Elder Wilson will attend a Big Sabbath on Saturday at Bingu National Stadium where he will preach.
Ps Wilson will also undertake a number of other engagements during his stay in Malawi to appreciate the work the Church is doing in Malawi.
Later this afternoon, Elder Wilson will visit Lilongwe Civic Offices where he will meet the Mayor of Lilongwe City and sign the visitor’s book.
Elder Wilson will later in the day visit the Malawi Union Conference of the SDA Church where he, his wife Nancy and other officials of the church will plant trees.
During his visit to Malawi, the SDA global leader will also visit Malamulo Mission in Thyolo and Blantyre Adventist Hospital in Blantyre City.
Ps Wilson will wind up his tour of Malawi with an appreciation of God’s nature that will see him spend Sunday night on the shores of Lake Malawi in Salima.
