Death has been announced of Malawi’s Deputy High Commissioner to Kenya, Reverend Lewis Mwanamvekha who passed on Thursday morning in South African hospital.
Spokesperson for the family, James Chuma, confirmed the development in an interview with MBC Online.
He said a funeral programme will be announced in due course and when the remains will be repatriated back home.
The late Mwanamvekha, who hailed from Chiradzulu district, leaves behind a wife and two children.
