Some of the information given involves the perpetrators going to prison. Has this been legislated as per the required law or the country is being treated as personal estate? I am not a legal expert and therefore mine is a means of soliciting informed advice.

I understand that shops etc are only closed when in a certain area which is marked a restricted area. Which is not the case yet.

This looks sketchy as the actions on the ground are too fragile and will explode “BOOM” in a split of a second. One wonders the seriousness surrounding this agile pandemic especially in most democracies. Do people really know how this deadly pandemic spreads? Are there reliable health advisors to the government runners? How on earth can they manage this killing machine in central hospitals a yard away from other wards? Even the sole of our shoe which doesn’t respect its cycle’s breaking can easily transmit this notorious virus. Face masks, hand washing, sanitisers and social distancing can’t be effective if we let this sticky virus move freely into our houses, shops, markets, etc, under the weight of our bodies. Managing the infected in totally different set up structures, away from busy hospitals can be effective in the control against its spread. This is like swimming across right into the locking jaws of this viscious virus. When we say some people are poor managers you think its a joke. They always play yes bwana while exposing the vulnerable and almost all our central hospitals are managed by these from the dead region who are always busy politicking. Its high time to balance up things to have sound run of our great nation. They rule by bringing fear and oppression.
