Twenty two of parliament have obtained an injunction restraining Dr George Chaponda from acting as leader of opposition in parliament.
The court is also restraining is also restraining the DPP party from recognizing Chaponda as holder of that position.
The case will come for inter-partes hearing on 7th July.
Some of the law makers that have obtained the injunction are Mark Botoman, Joyce Chitsulo, Sameer Suleman and Nicholas Dausi.
