Motorcycle Operators in Lilongwe are this morning holding anti- Tonse administration demonstrations.
The operators are claiming that authorities at the department of road traffic are forcing them to pay over MK 90,000 if found operating without a safety helmet and MK150, 000 to obtain a license.
The demonstrators are expected to deliver a petition to President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera through Lilongwe City Council.
