President Lazarus Chakwera has appointed his son-in-law, Sean Kampondeni to represent him at the dress rehearsal for the Inauguration ceremony tomorrow.
Normally it is supposed to be a cabinet minister so it means tomorrow, the Commander and others will file past the son-in-law and not a minister.
