That was an act of bravery my brother Kenneth Msonda. They say courage is contagious. When a brave man takes a stand, the spines of others are often stiffened.
I hope many more like you will join us in calling out the rampant corruption in our judiciary system.
Malawi’s judiciary is like a cartel and a mob family. One dares not speak ill of it. It’s true you can discover what your enemy fears most by observing the means he uses to frighten you.
Judges in Malawi are openly threatening to take down the administration if we continue pointing out its corrupt practices. Judges in Malawi are openly supporting opposition.
Can you imagine judges colluding and collaborating with lawyers representing opposition in an ongoing case to overturn credible, free and fair elections of a duly elected president.
Only in Malawi judges aren’t accountable to anyone. They legislate from the bench to favor their political masters.
Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) was competent in administering parliamentary elections. The same MEC was incompetent in administering presidential elections because their favorite candidate lost.
Therefore, because they’re above the law, they order nullification of presidential results and betray the will of the people.
There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest. Bravo Ken for exercising your freedom of expression.
I am waiting to see what Saulos Chilima is cooking up this time to outclass our president. Counting minutes. He never disappoints.
But where is the document itself from Ken Msonda. Please advise how it can be accessed. Thanks
