It surprises and surpasses every rational, sane and upright human being to fathom some of the so called statements released by our CSOs. You would question it if these organisations (if they are organised at all) whether the releases they produce were not made under the influence of an illicit drink/drug? I am saying this because nothing sensible can be grasped from their write-up.
Honourable Namalomba issued the notice to ACB in his capacity as the Spokesman for the party following the half-baked accusations the bureau is making against APM. a. Without a search warrant
b. Without giving reasons for the search.
c. Being intrusive in ones private home and coming out clear as to the modus operandi for transparency.
For one to be charged, he needs to be informed as to why they are being charged. Arrests are not done without a reason and if such is to take place, the one doing the arrest says,”I am arresting you for ……..” After the arrest is made investigations follow.
