Introducing Mr Acton: New Kid on the reggae block

In what can be described as an addition of rare quality reggae music on the market, Mr Acton, real name Acton Chisoni has released a mature and great single titled ‘Believe Me’ that was done by seasoned producers Dikez Walker and Mixed by Trumel.

Mr. Acton: Ready to conquer

In his own words, Mr Acton hinted that he did the song to express his appreciation for the power of love and how relationships found on true love is a precursor for happiness.

“In the process, I strived to make it a danceable tune so as to entertain my audience. I urge all music lovers to give it a try. Given support, I will be coming forth with more reggae songs and Malawians should brace for more,” he said.

True to his words, the song can be locally described as a classic tune in the class of Gift and Musamude Fumulani. This is a mature song whose simple but mature lyrics would make you appreciate the power of art and why the Youth given chance and support can redefine their fate.

The 22 year old who gets inspiration from Gramps Morgan and Jah Cure  and the late Matafale is  based in Blantyre and is already in the studio working on more songs to be released later this year.
