Former Malawi President Joyce Banda has donated K1.3 million to St. Andrews CCAP in Mzuzu in the name of ‘tithe’.  However, this is 0.8percent of billions of money she stole from Malawians through Cashgate Project during her reign. This is her first outing after coming back from self imposed exile.
