TNM Keeps Customers Talking With New Mtolo Bundles

Blantyre, 10th February 2020-TNM Plc customers who enjoy more talk for less now have something extra to smile about in the new-year as the Malawi Stock Exchange-listed mobile network and internet service provider has added minutes on its Mtolo voice bundles menu and flexed usage time.

In addition, TNM Plc has widened the Mtolo offering by introducing two new bundles, namely Mtolo 4,000 and Mtolo 5,000 bundles from February 1.

TNM Head of Brand and Marketing Communications, Louis Chipofya said the repackaging of Mtolo bundles and widening of its range aims to get customers talk more and accommodate customers’ dynamic communication needs.

Chipofya said TNM customers can now be assured of reaping more value from their Mtolo voice bundles at the same old price.

“At TNM we have the interests of our voice customers at heart and have decided to repackage the Mtolo voice bundles. This repackaging has dramatically increased the time customer’s talk on their phone at the same old price. For instance, Mtolo 200 would previously offer four minutes but has been doubled to eight minutes,” he said.

The marketing head said the usage time of some bundles has also been flexed. He cited some bundles such Mtolo 40 and 100 whose usage was 10pm  to 5am and 5pm -7am respectively have all opened up to allow customers talk freely 24 hours.

TNM Plc also announced an addition of two new bundles to the Mtolo bouquet to give talking freedom to the business person.

“The new bundles like Mtolo 4000 (160 minutes) and 5000 (200 minutes) primarily targets business people, to ensure they face no limitations in communicating with clients as they undertake various transactions. These minutes are for any network hence no need to stress which number they are dialing,” said Chipofya.

TNM’s voice bundles range from Mtolo 40, Mtolo 100, 200, 500, 3,000, 4,000 and Mtolo 5,000 and can be accessed by dialling 200star#bundle (eg 200*40#). Customers can also dial *100# as one stop shop for buying bundles and managing other aspects related to their accounts.
