Three months after they lodged the court case, Chilima and Chakwera’s lawyers only submitted files of “evidence” to the defence last night.

AG Kaphale, representing the MEC, revealed to the court that Chakwera and Chilima’s lawyers only dropped off files late last night.

Kaphale is applying to the court for them to adjourn to give him more time to study the contents. Kaphale states that some of the files are poorly packaged without any explanations or narrative.

Malawians would remember that the case was supposed to start on the 29th of July. But the opposition was not ready.

MCP and UTM have been claiming that they have a case. If they had a case, why wait till a day before the trial to submit “evidence”?

Chakwera and Chilima have a terrible start to the electoral case. Predictions made by Analysts to the Nation and Times Newspapers that “MCP, UTM to lose case” may prove true.

They are trash and since they can’t convince us all they can is to confuse us. Why hurriedly submit something not well organized and only few hours to the court session? It seems they don’t have enough evidence and possibly they have taken their evidence from what mec submitted to them and this could be the very same reason they are violently demonstrating for ansah’s resignation to make it as their evidence. The main problem in all this is chakwera who has the tendancy to intimidate and manipulate well established democratic procedures to make his way through in a mafia way. This is evidenced by how he trickery booted out the legally elected NGC leaving them arms akimbo and dejected by systematically dodging the court injunction they obtained. He is good at using the youth, the very same future leaders, to advance his foolish selfishness. They blindly defend his foolish ambitions and baby chilima is also in it following this asswhore. Why help lifting this deadly dictator? Is he the only one to lead? Once this autocrat ascends to power our democracy will be doomed and our ambitions of testing our lucky for the high office will be completely shuttered by this guy. He is crooked and he manouvres the youth and equip them with violence. For instance he used the same youth to man the entrance to the convention hall and they were wielding matchettes to deal with the nkholokolos and in the process they confiscated the mbc-tv drone which our security officers dared not to claim it back. Don’t be surprised by these violent demos, this is how chakwera behaves. Interestingly they are using their numbers to threaten the court and we are not sure whether justice will be provided. When mec and government applies for something it is always rejected by the court which is worrysome. Kumkuyu ranted and cursed on times tv commanding the court to favour them, very bad indeed.

Why MCP and UTM submit late their evidence while they have already had that information ?
