This follows an earlier challenge by Thindwa to all witch doctors in the country to cast a spell on him to prove the existence of witchcraft in the country.
Thindwa made available a whopping K1million as a price to any one who will successfully bewitch him.
Following the challenge, a Dedza based Dr. Njolomole said he texted Thindwa on February 25 this year telling him he is ready for the task.
“He only called me for few seconds and then cut the line after I had introduced the topic. I told him to double the price, which he refused.
“I am warning him that to me, bewitching someone, means an ultimate death. So he should get prepared,” said Njolomole.
Thindwa confirmed talking to Njolomole but dismissed him as lacking seriousness.
“If he is serious he should get me at Bwandilo in Lilongwe where we should discuss how should get his money, not just texting me.
“That aside, he should also know that my price money remains at K1million, I am not doubling up. And he should not threaten to kill me, because all I want is for them to prove the existence of witchcraft in the country,” said Thindwa.
Secular Humanists Association is currently pushing for the abolition of a law that criminalise witchcraft in the country.
